Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi owner, manajer, karyawan, serta pengunjung Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan.&#13;
Persaingan industri kuliner yang semakin ketat, khususnya di kawasan Laweyan Kota Surakarta, menuntut pelaku usaha kafe dan restoran untuk memiliki strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif. Perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh media digital menjadikan komunikasi pemasaran sebagai faktor penting dalam menarik minat pengunjung. Kondisi ini mendorong Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan, yang mengusung konsep kafe bernuansa historis, untuk menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran guna meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung di tengah persaingan usaha kuliner.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran melalui bauran promosi yang meliputi periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, penjualan personal, dan pemasaran langsung. Media sosial menjadi sarana promosi yang paling dominan, khususnya melalui Instagram dan TikTok dengan konten menu update, storytelling, event, rebranding, serta kolaborasi dengan influencer. Strategi ini didukung oleh pelayanan yang ramah dan konsep bangunan bernuansa historis, sehingga mampu meningkatkan minat dan jumlah pengunjung. Dengan demikian, kombinasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital dan pengalaman langsung di lokasi terbukti berperan dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan.&#13;

This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan in increasing the number of visitors. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of the owner, manager, employees, and visitors of Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan.&#13;
The increasingly intense competition in the culinary industry, particularly in the Laweyan area of Surakarta City, requires café and restaurant businesses to implement effective marketing communication strategies in order to attract and maintain visitor interest. Changes in consumer behavior influenced by digital media have made marketing communication a crucial factor in enhancing business competitiveness. This condition encourages Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan, which adopts a historical café concept, to apply appropriate marketing communication strategies to increase the number of visitors amid tight culinary business competition.&#13;
The results of the study indicate that Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan implements marketing communication strategies through a promotion mix consisting of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. Social media serves as the most dominant promotional medium, particularly through Instagram and TikTok, utilizing content such as menu updates, storytelling, events, rebranding, and influencer collaborations. These strategies are supported by friendly service and a distinctive historical building concept, which together enhance visitor interest and increase the number of visitors. Therefore, the combination of digital marketing communication strategies and on-site customer experience plays an important role in increasing visitor numbers at Cafe &amp; Resto Saudagar Laweyan.&#13;
