Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan bimbingan individu berbasis strategi ibadah dalam membentuk karakter religius anak di TPA Pondok Pesantren NAl-
Istiqomah Kartasura. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya pembentukan karakter religius sejak dini melalui pembiasaan ibadah dan bimbingan personal yang konsisten.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi pengasuh pondok, ustadzah dan pengajar, serta anak- anak TPA. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan individu berbasis strategi ibadah untuk membnetuk karakter religius anak TPA di masjid kartasura dilaksanakan melalui pembiasaan doa sebelum dan sesudah belajar, pembelajaran membaca Al- Qur’an, Iqra, dan tajwid, serta pelaksanaan sholat berjamaah. Proses bimbingan dilakukan secara personal, bertahap, dan konsisten, sehingga anak-anak mampu menginternalisasi nilai religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This research aims to describe the implementation of individual guidance based on worship strategies in shaping the religious character of children at TPA Pondok Pesantren Al-Istiqomah Kartasura. The background of this study arises from the importance of fostering religious character from an early age through consistent worship practices and personal guidance.
This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the head of the Islamic boarding school, TPA teachers, parents, and students. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study show that individual guidance based on worship strategies is implemented through the habituation of prayers before and after studying, learning to read the Qur’an, Iqra, and tajwid, as well as the practice of congregational prayers. The guidance process is carried out personally, gradually, and consistently, enabling children to internalize religious values in their daily lives. The observed impacts include students’ discipline in worship, engagement in reading the Qur’an, Iqra, and tajwid, and performing congregational prayers before TPA activities. This study also reveals that the implementation of individual guidance based on worship strategies is reflected in the children’s daily habits, particularly their routine of performing congregational prayers before TPA activities begin. The findings indicate that the application of individual guidance based on worship strategies contributes to the formation of children’s religious character, both within the TPA environment and in their everyday lives.
