Teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan canggih bisa menciptakan &#13;
adanya media sosial. Salah satu aplikasi yang bisa dapat dimanfaatkan untuk &#13;
personal  branding yaitu aplikasi Youtube. kehadiran aplikasi youtube menjadi &#13;
kegiatan individu untuk bersaing dalam hal memperkenalkan dirinya untuk bisa &#13;
terkenal. Salah satunya yaitu konten kreator Windah Basudara. Windah Basudara &#13;
dikenal sebagai youtuber yang berspesialisasi pada dunia game. Penelitian ini &#13;
bertujuan untuk bagaimana personal branding yang dilakukan oleh Brando &#13;
Franco Windah sebagai youtuber gaming melalui channel Yotube Windah &#13;
Basudara &#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pada analisis isi deskiptif &#13;
kualitatif. Menggunakan analisis dengan teori personal branding 8 konsep milik &#13;
Peter Montoya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi dan &#13;
studi pustaka. Serta teknik analisis dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, &#13;
penyajian data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Untuk uji keabsahan data peneliti &#13;
menggunakan teknik tringulasi. &#13;
Bedasarkan hasil dari penelitian, analisis personal branding dari Brando &#13;
Franco Windah melalui channel youtube lebih mengedepankan bagaimana &#13;
Windah Basudara membangun personal branding secara konsisten dan kuat &#13;
melalui cahnnel youtube sebagai seseorag konten kreator gaming. Menampilkan &#13;
diri dengan cara gaya yang santai dan menghibur, serta menjalin kedekatan pada &#13;
penontonnya. Kesesuaian dengan teori 8 konsep Personal Branding oleh Peter &#13;
Montoya, media sosial youtube Windah Basudara menunjukan bahwasannya &#13;
Spesialisasi Windah fokus menunjukan keahliannya dalam dunia gaming dan &#13;
membuat konten seputar dunia game, Kepemimpinan  Windah ialah lewat &#13;
pengaruh yang kuat dari dirinya terhadap para penontonnya dengan banyaknya &#13;
pengikut mencapai 16,7 juta subcriber, Kepribadian yang mudah diingat, humoris &#13;
dan ramah, Perbedaan yang dimana ia bukan seorang pro player dan ditengah &#13;
persaingan pada kreator gaming lainnya ia membawakan konten dengan ciri &#13;
khasnya, Terlihat dimana tampak dari eksistensinya yang kuat pada youtube yang &#13;
dimana ia telah mengunggah video sebanyak 5,5 ribu video, Kesatuan dalam &#13;
paltfrom yang berbeda tetapi menjadi kesatuan untuk dalam bidang gaming, dan &#13;
Keteguhan yang dimana tercermin dalam konsistensi selama bertahun tahun &#13;
membuat konten gaming, Nama baik terlihat dengan citra yang positif dan &#13;
kepeduliannya sesama melalui konten kegiatan sosial.&#13;

The increasingly sophisticated and developing technology can create &#13;
social media. One application that can be used for personal branding is the &#13;
Youtube application. The presence of the Youtube application is an individual &#13;
activity to compete in terms of introducing themselves to be famous. One of them &#13;
is the content creator Windah Basudara. Windah Basudara is known as a &#13;
YouTuber who specializes in the world of games. This study aims to determine &#13;
how personal branding is carried out by Brando Franco Windah as a gaming &#13;
YouTuber through the Windah Basudara YouTube channel. &#13;
This study uses an approach to qualitative descriptive content analysis. &#13;
Using analysis with Peter Montoya's 8-concept personal branding theory. Data &#13;
collection techniques used are documentation and literature studies. As well as &#13;
analysis techniques by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, and &#13;
drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, researchers use &#13;
triangulation techniques. &#13;
Based on the results of the study, the analysis of Brando Franco Windah's &#13;
personal branding through the YouTube channel emphasizes how Windah &#13;
Basudara builds personal branding consistently and strongly through the &#13;
YouTube channel as a gaming content creator. Presenting himself in a relaxed &#13;
and entertaining style, and establishing closeness to his audience. In accordance &#13;
with the theory of 8 Personal Branding concepts by Peter Montoya, Windah &#13;
Basudara's YouTube social media shows that Windah's Spesialisation focuses on &#13;
showing her expertise in the gaming world and creating content about the gaming &#13;
world.Windah's Leadership is through her strong influence on her audience with &#13;
a number of followers reaching 16.7 million subscribers.Memorable Personality, &#13;
humorous and friendly, The Distinctivenes is that he is not a pro player and in the &#13;
midst of competition with other gaming creators he brings content with his own &#13;
characteristics, Visibility from his strong existence on YouTube where he has &#13;
uploaded 5.5 thousand videos, Unity in different platforms but becoming a unity &#13;
in the gaming field, Persistance which is reflected in consistency for years of &#13;
creating gaming content, Goodwill is seen with a positive image and concern for &#13;
others through social activity content.</note>
