Ibu bekerja adalah perempuan yang tidak hanya mengurus rumah tangga, tetapi juga aktif bekerja di luar rumah untuk mencari nafkah atau mengejar karier. Dalam perannya, ibu bekerja kerap menghadapi Work-Life Balance dan Work- Family Conflict, dua hal yang penting karena sangat memengaruhi kehidupan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami makna Work-Life Balance dan Work-Family Conflict pada ibu bekerja di Lembaga Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak Pinggiran (PPAP) Seroja&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling untuk menggali pengalaman tiga informan ibu bekerja dengan latar belakang keluarga yang berbeda. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap subjek penelitian. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi, baik triangulasi teknik maupun triangulasi sumber.&#13;
Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa emosi seperti kebahagiaan, syukur, kesedihan, dan kelelahan menjadi inti pemahaman Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Work-Family Conflict (WFC), di mana keseimbangan peran ganda menciptakan kepuasan namun juga tekanan. Dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan rekan kerja, serta strategi mengatasi stres seperti istirahat dan komunikasi terbuka, terbukti krusial dalam mempertahankan keseimbangan ini, sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan emosional individu. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya lingkungan yang suportif dan manajemen emosi efektif dalam menghadapi tuntutan peran ganda.&#13;

Working mothers are women who not only manage household responsibilities but are also actively employed outside the home to earn a living or pursue careers. In their dual roles, working mothers frequently encounter Work- Life Balance and Work-Family Conflict, two crucial aspects that significantly impact their lives. This study aims to understand the meaning of Work-Life Balance and Work-Family Conflict for working mothers at the Center for Women's and Marginalized Children's Empowerment (PPAP) Seroja.&#13;
This research employs a phenomenological qualitative approach with purposive sampling of subjects, exploring the experiences of three working mother informants from different family backgrounds. Data collection techniques included observation and in-depth interviews with research subjects. To ensure data validity, the study utilized triangulation methods, encompassing both technique and source triangulation.&#13;
The study reveals that emotions such as happiness, gratitude, sadness, and fatigue form the core of understanding Work-Life Balance (WLB) and Work-Family Conflict (WFC), where role balancing creates satisfaction yet also generates pressure. Social support from family and coworkers, along with stress management strategies like rest and open communication, proves crucial in maintaining this balance while strengthening emotional resilience. These findings emphasize the importance of supportive environments and effective emotional management in addressing the demands of dual roles.&#13;
