Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan bimbingan &#13;
keagamaan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam &#13;
membentuk akhlakul karimah pada santri di TPQ Al-Ma’arif. Fokus kajian &#13;
diarahkan pada pelaksanaan bimbingan keagamaan melalui pembelajaran PAI yang &#13;
berorientasi pada penguatan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual santri. &#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan &#13;
Informan didasarkan pada teknik purposive sampling dimana informan utama &#13;
terdiri atas 3 asatidz sedangkan 2 orang tua santri berperan sebagai informan &#13;
pendukung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara &#13;
mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data diuji menggunakan &#13;
triangulasi teknik, dan analisis data mengikuti tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, &#13;
dan verifikasi. &#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan keagamaan &#13;
dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui empat tahap pembelajaran, yaitu persiapan, &#13;
pelaksanaan inti, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Materi yang disampaikan menekankan &#13;
pada nilai-nilai adab terhadap guru dan sesama, internalisasi akhlak mulia, serta &#13;
keteladanan Rasulullah SAW. Secara umum, akhlak para santri telah menunjukkan &#13;
perkembangan positif, hal ini terlihat pada aspek nilai jujur, sabar, dan bertanggung &#13;
jawab. Meskipun masih ditemukan dinamika yang wajar sesuai dengan usia dan &#13;
karakter masing-masing anak. Pembentukan akhlak tersebut tidak terjadi secara &#13;
instan, melainkan melalui proses bimbingan yang terus-menerus, keteladanan dari &#13;
para ustadz dan ustadzah, serta pembiasaan yang dilakukan secara konsisten dalam &#13;
kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan TPQ. Temuan ini menguatkan bahwa &#13;
pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dirancang secara terstruktur dan &#13;
berkelanjutan memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah santri &#13;
secara bertahap dan konsisten. &#13;

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious guidance through &#13;
Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in developing noble character in &#13;
students at TPQ Al-Ma'arif. The study focuses on the implementation of religious &#13;
guidance through PAI learning, which is oriented towards strengthening the &#13;
students' moral and spiritual values. &#13;
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Informant selection &#13;
was based on a purposive sampling technique, with three primary informants, while &#13;
two parents of students served as supporting informants. Data collection was &#13;
conducted through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and &#13;
documentation studies. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques, and &#13;
data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and &#13;
verification. &#13;
The results indicate that religious guidance was implemented systematically &#13;
through four learning stages: preparation, core implementation, evaluation, and &#13;
follow-up. The material presented emphasized the values of etiquette towards &#13;
teachers and others, the internalization of noble morals, and the exemplary &#13;
behavior of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In general, the students' &#13;
morals have shown positive development, as evidenced by the values of honesty, &#13;
patience, and responsibility. However, there are still some natural variations &#13;
depending on the age and character of each child. The formation of these morals &#13;
does not occur instantly, but rather through continuous guidance, exemplary &#13;
behavior from the ustadz and ustadzah (teacher), and consistent practice in daily &#13;
life within the TPQ (Islamic Religious Education) environment. These findings &#13;
confirm that structured and sustainable Islamic Religious Education (IS) learning &#13;
plays a significant role in gradually and consistently shaping the morals of students. &#13;
