Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) merupakan gangguan neurodevelopmental yang ditandai dengan kesulitan dalam konsentrasi, hiperaktivitas, dan kontrol impuls. Anak-anak dengan ADHD menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang memerlukan strategi khusus untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi strategi modifikasi perilaku yang diterapkan oleh guru pendamping khusus dalam menangani anak ADHD di SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi non-partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK), dan dokumentasi. Subjek utama penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang dan subjek tambahan berjumlah tiga orang. Kredibilitas data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode  untuk memastikan validitas temuan. &#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa ADHD mengalami kesulitan dalam perhatian, hiperaktivitas, dan impulsivitas. Strategi modifikasi perilaku yang diterapkan mencakup penguatan positif melalui pujian verbal dan gestur apresiatif, penggunaan teknik time-out yang edukatif, serta kontrak perilaku untuk menetapkan harapan dan konsekuensi. Lingkungan belajar juga disusun untuk mendukung konsentrasi siswa, termasuk pengaturan tempat duduk yang strategis dan pembagian zona aktivitas. Serta langkah-langkah implementasi dilakukan secara sistematis, dengan fokus pada identifikasi masalah perilaku, penetapan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pendekatan pendidikan inklusif yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak ADHD melalui pengelolaan perilaku yang adaptif dan terstruktur.&#13;

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by difficulties in concentration, hyperactivity, and impulse control. Children with ADHD face significant challenges in educational environments that require special strategies to support their learning process. This study aims to describe the implementation of behavior modification strategies applied by special assistant teachers in dealing with ADHD children at SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari. &#13;
This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data collection techniques use non-participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews with Special Assistant Teachers (GPK), and documentation. The main subjects of this study were two people and additional subjects were three people. The credibility of the research data uses triangulation method techniques to ensure the validity of the findings.&#13;
The results showed that ADHD students had difficulties in attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Behavior modification strategies implemented included positive reinforcement through verbal praise and appreciative gestures, the use of educational time-out techniques, and behavioral contracts to set expectations and consequences. The learning environment was also designed to support student concentration, including strategic seating arrangements and activity zone divisions. And the implementation steps were carried out systematically, with a focus on identifying behavioral problems, setting clear learning goals, and ongoing evaluation. This study provides an important contribution to the development of an effective inclusive education approach in supporting the development of children with ADHD through adaptive and structured behavior management.&#13;
