SIMO BOYOLALI. Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam. Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Dakwah.&#13;
Masa remaja merupakan fase transisi penting dalam kehidupan individu yang ditandai dengan pencarian jati diri dan perencanaan masa depan, termasuk dalam hal karir. Remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan menghadapi tantangan tersendiri karena keterbatasan dukungan keluarga inti, sehingga memerlukan bimbingan khusus dalam membentuk kemandirian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan bimbingan karir di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah 04 Simo Boyolali dapat membentuk kemandirian remaja, serta bagaimana peran pengasuh dan pelatih dalam mendukung proses tersebut.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri terdiri dari 2 kategori, yaitu subjek utama dan subjek pendukung. Subjek utama adalah pengasuh dan pelatih. Subjek pendukung terdiri dari 1 ketua panti dan 3 remaja asuh di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah 04 Simo Boyolali. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan karir dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan keterampilan seperti pengelasan, pertukangan, menjahit, dan usaha isi ulang air galon, serta dukungan untuk pendidikan lanjutan. Program ini mendorong terbentuknya aspek-aspek kemandirian remaja, termasuk kebebasan dalam memilih pelatihan, inisiatif, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, ketegasan, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, dan kontrol diri. Namun, pelaksanaan program juga menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan tenaga pelatih, minimnya sarana prasarana, serta menurunnya semangat remaja dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Meski demikian, bimbingan karir di panti ini tetap menjadi sarana penting dalam membekali remaja menghadapi kehidupan secara mandiri.&#13;

Adolescence is an important transition phase in an individual's life which is marked by the search for identity and future planning, including in terms of career. Adolescents who live in orphanages face their own challenges due to limited nuclear family support, so they need special guidance in forming independence. This study aims to determine how the implementation of career guidance at Aisyiyah 04 Simo Boyolali Orphanage can form adolescent independence, as well as the role of caregivers and trainers in supporting the process.&#13;
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through non-participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The selection of subjects is carried out using a purposive sampling technique consisting of 2 categories, namely the main subject and the supporting subject. The main subjects are caregivers and trainers. The supporting subjects consist of 1 head of the orphanage and 3 foster teenagers at the Aisyiyah 04 Simo Boyolali Orphanage. Data analysis is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and inductive conclusion drawing.&#13;
The results of the study showed that career guidance was implemented through skills training such as welding, carpentry, sewing, and gallon water refilling businesses, as well as support for further education. This program encourages the formation of aspects of adolescent independence, including freedom in choosing training, initiative, self-confidence, responsibility, assertiveness, decision-making ability, and self-control. However, the implementation of the program also faces obstacles such as limited trainers, minimal facilities and infrastructure, and decreased enthusiasm for adolescents in participating in training. However, career guidance in this orphanage remains an important means of equipping adolescents to face life independently.&#13;
