Kehadiran media sosial, khususnya TikTok, memberi pengaruh besar terhadap dinamika psikologis remaja awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kepercayaan diri remaja awal pengguna TikTok di lingkungan Perumahan Kopassus Bolon Colomadu Karanganyar. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji adalah bagaimana gambaran kepercayaan diri remaja dalam penggunaan TikTok sebagai bagian dari pembentukan identitas diri mereka.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga remaja berusia 13–18 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif TikTok, serta satu significant other. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.&#13;
Aspek kepercayaan diri yang dikaji meliputi aspek tingkah laku, emosional, dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok dapat memperkuat kepercayaan diri melalui validasi sosial seperti like dan komentar positif. Namun, muncul pula tekanan dari perbandingan sosial, ekspektasi audiens, hingga konten negatif yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan diri remaja. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan TikTok berdampak dua sisi: mampu membangun maupun melemahkan kepercayaan diri, tergantung pada cara remaja memaknainya.&#13;

The rise of social media, particularly TikTok, has significantly affected the psychological dynamics of early adolescents. This study aims to describe the self-confidence of early teenage TikTok users in the Kopassus Bolon Colomadu Karanganyar residential area. The central research question explores how TikTok use reflects their self-confidence and identity formation.&#13;
This research applies a qualitative approach using the phenomenological method. The subjects include three adolescents aged 13–18 who actively use TikTok and one significant other. Data collection methods involved in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity was tested using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing.&#13;
The study focuses on three self-confidence aspects: behavioral, emotional, and spiritual. Results reveal that TikTok contributes positively to self-confidence through social validation such as likes and positive comments. However, social comparison, audience expectations, and exposure to inappropriate content may negatively impact self-esteem. In conclusion, TikTok has a dual impact: it can either strengthen or undermine adolescents' confidence depending on how they interpret and engage with the platform.&#13;
