Every individual wants family welfare as the basis for achieving a stable and prosperous life. Family welfare not only fulfills basic needs but also supports family happiness. This research aims to describe efforts to improve welfare and forms of welfare of the Tri Manunggal Community. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research sample consisted of 3 informants selected using purposive sampling based on certain criteria, namely: 1) members of the Tri Manunggal Community, 2) participating in the Tri Manunggal Community for more than 4 years, 3) aged 24-38 years, and 4) those who felt the most family welfare. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using method triangulation. The research results show that the Tri Manunggal Community plays an important role in improving family welfare through various activities, such as production, socialization and training. and the efforts made by the Tri Manunggal Community by gathering together can increase welfare not only in fulfilling material needs, but also in non-material aspects, such as increasing self- confidence, expanding social networks, improving family social status, and creating a harmonious environment. Thus, this community makes a relevant contribution in supporting family welfare.
